I'm definately new to this site and I thought I'd come see the forums section and get to klnow some people too. I was actually wondering if there was any color blind artists here too and how you guys deal with it. Haha. i get SO frustrated sometimes cause i WANT something in a specific color, and i THINK i'm using it, but when i end up showing someone else, they say "Cool, that's a wierd color to use for the hair/ leaves/ etc" Yeah, so the names Renyl (like the kidney) Nice to meet everyone! :)
NerdNina Female / 22 years old / Libra / Australia, Commonwealth of	Posted: 12/28/09, 4:57AM PST Quote hey dude =] nice to meet someone new. i actually have a friend at university who is colour blind but i have yet to pick on him about it because we haven't really started drawing classes yet. at the moment the only problem he has is betting way too much when we play poker because he can't tell the diff between red and green chips =p hehe! hope you post up some of your weird work. i find it interesting seeing work of colour blind artists because i like to see how they view the world as well =]

NerdNina Female / 22 years old / Libra / Australia, Commonwealth of	Posted: 02/05/10, 5:06AM PST Quote yeah i suppose you'd just have to pay extra attention during your colour theory class an you might be able to begin distinguishing very subtle colour differences. not that i know anything about it or what it looks like! green to my eyes may be purple to yours for all i know haha, and we only call the grass green because that's what we're taught =p it's all about perception
