I died today. It all happend so fast. It wasn’t painful. In fact, I didn’t feel a thing.

They say your life flashes before your eyes. That’s not true. All I remember right before passing were the faces of loved ones.

My little sister, my best friend daniel, Lisa, now she’ll never know I had a crush on her. And my mom…my mom. I had no father, she always told me I was the only man she needed. Now im gone too. Im sorry mom, im sorry…all I can hear now are whispers of the ones who recently passed.

They might be prayers, im not sure yet. Your probably wondering what’s heaven like. I don’t know. Im not in hell though. I think im waiting. It feels like im waiting. I’ve been dead for a few hours but it seems like forever.

Im floating in the clouds with the others. I don’t think im suppose to ask what do we do now, they all look so peaceful, I don’t want to disturb. Well, guess i’ll be peaceful too. Until next time. Goodbye. -Paul Dupree
