This won't make any sense to anyone, but it is a cartoon I did based on putting in this thing called 'local tracking' into the computers at work. It is frustrating. A friend at work wanted me to draw him a picture and so he is the one who taught me how to do local tracking so I figured this would be appropriate for him. I think he liked it.
