Writing Description

Take your first impression and shove it.
I exist miles above it
Floating on clouds
Living on my own flow
Doing as I please
Seeing what I choose
And being what you fear
But why?
You'd ostracize me and my
Eccentricites
For more traditional beliefs
Calling me out as the fool
Yet your weakhearted demeanor
Seems about as educated as a stool
You're caught up
Strung up by the noose of society
Got you hung up on your own drunken sobriety
Saying you speak truth when you're speaking riddles
Imparted seas of wisdom no more than a spittle
Of complex prattle and constant showboating
Drowning in your own sugarcoating
Just in an attempt to shoot me out the sky
Hoping I'll crash and die
Or at least fade away
Damn.
All that because I choose to live as a free man?
Your vision's all fogged up
Your words are all muddled down
And your poor judgement of me
Is nothing more than muted sound.
