A few months ago I was commissioned to paint a portrait
for Lil Wayne to commemorate his 4 Grammy wins in '08.
A big thank you to Benjie Schwartz for making this all happen!!

It's always nerve wracking when I send a painting to a major performer (especially one that I admire) and wait to see his response. I was glad to get the thumbs up from both himself, and his management at the end if it all!
The portrait currently resides with Lil Wayne at his Miami home.
